Key Responsibilities

  • •Review suspicious activity flagged by fraud systems and take mitigating/preventative action to protect users and minimize revenue leakage.
  • •Use, test, and adopt emerging AI technologies and automated tooling to improve fraud detection and productivity.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering teams and external vendors on tooling and system design, requirements gathering, and testing.
  • •Investigate evolving fraud and misuse trends and present data-informed findings and retrospectives to set performance guardrails.
  • •Handle daily fraud/escalations and collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product to translate insights into risk mitigation frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a fraud analyst or revenue protection role, preferably in e-commerce, merchant fraud, or creator/marketplace environments.
  • •Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques, dispute/chargeback management, and financial crime risks.
  • •Experience working with machine learning and rule-based fraud prevention tooling (e.g., Ravelin, Sift, Signifyd, Accertify).
  • •Strong data analysis skills using SQL; knowledge of Google BigQuery is a plus.
  • •Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
