Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, build, deploy, and support platform security solutions and infrastructure to protect Workday customers’ data.
  • •Work in a microservices environment with a focus on resilience and scalability.
  • •Operate and maintain critical production systems for security capabilities across Workday services.
  • •Build massively scalable digital security systems as part of core Workday platform security initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with local and global teams to deliver secure infrastructure and service improvements.

Salary: EUR 72,000 - 108,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years developing and handling enterprise-scale systems.
  • •1+ year automating infrastructure in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Java.
  • •1+ year running databases using SQL and NoSQL.
  • •Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL/TLS; proficiency in Linux and container technologies; experience with key management/PKI (e.g., HSMs).
