HR Generalist

Manage day-to-day HR execution for the Peru team in a hybrid role, serving as the primary contact for HR needs. Oversee payroll close, personal administration, performance management, onboarding, and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Lead documentation updates, employee lifecycle programs (Employee Journey), termination processes, and benefits portfolio administration while partnering cross-functionally with regional HR teams to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
