  • •Deliver a range of services to Workday Success Plans customers, including small-scope consulting and configuration guidance
  • •Research customer questions and Workday concepts to ensure understanding and provide insights
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements
  • •Communicate responses and value clearly to customers and create customer presentations on Workday features
  • •Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption and review adoption opportunities

  • •Ability to travel up to 20% and to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers
