Job Summary

Lead WSP’s USPS program for the Federal Programs Team, using technical expertise to expand and enhance service offerings across engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering, and program management. Key Responsibilities

•Leverage technical experience to enhance current and new service offerings for the USPS program.
•Advance strategic growth for sustained USPS program expansion.
•Manage client coordination and cross-selling efforts across business lines in coordination with internal teams.
•Generate leads, assess new markets, and develop new business opportunities for USPS projects/programs.
•Lead a team of ~+90 team members and oversee ethical, responsible decision-making and workplace safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•15+ years’ experience in consulting, engineering, program management, and/or business development to USPS clients.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•Strong understanding of USPS and the US contracting industry, including Federal budgeting and business drivers.
•Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., EBITDA, earned and new business revenue, profit & loss) and program planning/execution.
