Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle/hauler to ensure safe to drive conditions.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
