Retail Personal Banker ll - Cincinnati Westside

Develop customer relationships and grow deposits, loans, and fee-based services by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Build and maintain expertise in retail consumer and small business products, proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, and conduct outside sales activities. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams to refer customers and deliver consultative, customer-first experiences while following risk and ethics policies.
