Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
•Monitor and control latest valid drawings, coordinate as-built activities, and ensure work aligns with approved shop drawings and method statements.
•Complete site supervision of labor, materials, and equipment, distributing resources to adhere to project costs and budgets.
•Ensure 100% completion on time frames with quality per company standards and zero reworks where possible; implement corrective actions as needed.
•Promote safety compliance, support HSE initiatives, and participate in incident reporting and resolution in line with IMS policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction/site supervision; 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•ERP/SAP knowledge or SAP functional skills are required to be successful in this role.
•Knowledge of project safety programs, occupational health and safety policies, and environmental procedures.
•Ability to supervise labor, materials, and equipment while distributing resources to meet cost/budget targets.
•High School Diploma with related technical certificates.
