Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the enterprise AI vision and strategy, enabling systematic embedding of AI across the organization.
  • •Transform strategy into a practical playbook to enable teams and drive performance and efficiency with AI agents.
  • •Operate AI as a factory model, coordinating with partners to deliver AI solutions from use case discovery to deployment and ongoing supervision.
  • •Oversee the entire AI lifecycle across the enterprise, ensuring collaboration with business units and central enablement.
  • •Shift to federated, business-owned AI delivery supported by strong central enablement and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Master’s degree strongly preferred (e.g., MBA, MSc)
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in senior roles driving enterprise transformation
  • •Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise AI strategy with production-scale delivery
  • •Experience in regional/global banking environments with regulatory, operating model, and market dynamics
  • •Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and deliver outcomes at scale
