Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the enterprise AI vision and strategy, enabling systematic embedding of AI across the organization.
•Transform strategy into a practical playbook to enable teams and drive performance and efficiency with AI agents.
•Operate AI as a factory model, coordinating with partners to deliver AI solutions from use case discovery to deployment and ongoing supervision.
•Oversee the entire AI lifecycle across the enterprise, ensuring collaboration with business units and central enablement.
•Shift to federated, business-owned AI delivery supported by strong central enablement and governance.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Master’s degree strongly preferred (e.g., MBA, MSc)
•Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in senior roles driving enterprise transformation
•Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise AI strategy with production-scale delivery
•Experience in regional/global banking environments with regulatory, operating model, and market dynamics
•Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and deliver outcomes at scale
