Own data engineering and migration work for enterprise ERP programs, including mastering ERP data structures (master and transactional data) and executing iterative migration load cycles. Key Responsibilities

•Execute enterprise ERP data migration activities across iterative Mock, SIT, UAT, and Production load cycles with progressive data coverage.
•Model and load ERP master and transactional data using appropriate mechanisms such as IDOCs, BAPIs, LSMW, batch loaders, APIs, or equivalent import methods.
•Develop and automate data transformation and pipeline workflows using SQL and Python/PySpark.
•Implement data quality disciplines including profiling, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, enrichment, and reconciliation.
•Operationalize AI/ML-generated outputs (mappings, rules, confidence scores) into repeatable pipelines and produce documentation artifacts.

Key Requirements

•6–8 years in data engineering or data migration, including 3+ years on enterprise ERP migration projects.
•Strong understanding of ERP data structures, including master data (Item, Vendor, Customer, BOM) and transactional data (PO, SO, Invoices, Inventory).
•Hands-on experience with ERP data loading mechanisms such as IDOCs, BAPIs, LSMW, batch loaders, APIs, or equivalent import methods.
•Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark for data transformation, pipeline development, and automation.
•Experience with cloud data services such as AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse), or Databricks for scalable data pipelines.
