Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, configuration, and administration of payroll systems.
  • •Facilitate payroll processing via payroll audits/defensive audits to ensure data accuracy and mitigate payroll risks.
  • •Oversee payroll SOX controls, including completeness checks and validation to meet SOX and company standards.
  • •Serve as a payroll point of contact for system upgrades and implementations; support workflows and datasets in Alteryx for analysis and reporting.
  • •Perform complex analysis, unit testing, and troubleshoot software/applications; implement process improvements and automate manual work while mentoring other analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Dimensions required.
  • •2+ years of related experience with Workday and/or Dimensions applications required.
  • •3+ years of experience in Payroll, Technology, Accounting Systems, or a similar function required.
  • •Experience in implementation, administration, design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of enterprise-level systems preferred.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple tasks/projects within tight deadlines required.
