Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs using benchmark data from prior projects.
  • •Assist with capital planning by providing insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
  • •Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling, including bid interviews and recommendations.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules, present cost forecasts to clients, and support cost control through change management and financial close activities.
