Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead other engineers on involved projects from technical design to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to set expectations and communicate results.
•Build agent harnesses and features that deliver major improvements in quality, reliability, and latency for Gen AI applications.
•Collaborate with other teams and internal customers to gather input, align on goals, and communicate results effectively.
•Contribute to Atlassian’s Rovo Chat initiative and broader Rovo & AI Engineering efforts to accelerate AI adoption across products.
•Help realize AI’s transformative potential across offerings by driving scalable, reliable ML systems.
