Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EPC contract administration, governance, and compliance throughout project phases.
  • •Manage contract obligations, correspondence, changes/variations, and claims in accordance with contract requirements.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and report commercial and contractual risks and contractual exposure.
  • •Support engineering, procurement, fabrication, and contractor interface management, including milestones and deliverables monitoring.
  • •Provide contractual advice, commercial recommendations, negotiation support, and prepare contract/commercial reporting for executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of contract/commercial management experience on major EPC projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong experience administering large EPC/LSTK contracts, with understanding of EPC execution and commercial governance.
  • •Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or major energy projects.
  • •Knowledge of EPC contract administration including change/claims/dispute management; FIDIC contract frameworks knowledge is required (digital contract management systems preferred).
