Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, direct, and manage consultants designing transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure from concept to energization; identify lifecycle risks.
  • •As a technical SME, shape design scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan requirements.
  • •Own engineering workstreams supporting annual team goals; independently solve ambiguous, open-ended problems.
  • •Coordinate with procurement and integrate with energy/utility stakeholders; serve as technical liaison between consultants and utilities.
  • •Support growth of the engineering team by establishing standards/processes and mentoring engineers.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • •6+ years’ experience designing and delivering transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure (or adjacent industry).
  • •Experience delivering complex electrical projects through design, construction, commissioning, and operation.
  • •Experience working with external stakeholders including AHJs and utilities.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, and Bluebeam Revu; strong analytical and communication skills.
