•Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.
•Process daily financial transactions and cash checks; open and service deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services through consultative conversations.
•Cross-sell and refer to bank partners; conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects to meet banking center sales and referral goals.
•Assist with loan application for personal/retail consumer needs and hand off processing to the appropriate associate, while maintaining compliance and supporting daily operations.

•Meet compliance requirements tied to the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
•Be able to pass a background credit check as part of the employment process.
