Job Summary

Lead Netflix’s HR Shared Services strategy and a high-performing team in Manila within the Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC). Drive multi-year roadmaps across the recruiting-to-offboarding employee lifecycle, using data insights to simplify, automate, and continuously improve services. Partner cross-functionally with Talent Operations, Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, and others to deliver an excellent end-user experience across self-service, support, and high-touch scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and progressively mature Netflix’s HR Shared Services strategy by leveraging data-informed insights.
•Own and drive execution of multi-year shared services roadmaps, including strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
•Design, implement, and continuously improve services that prioritize end-user experience with a people-over-process mindset.
•Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
•Develop, empower, and manage a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of Talent/HR experience in a fast-moving environment, including significant people-management experience in shared services.
•Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models.
•Strong knowledge of Talent/HR lifecycle tools, preferably Workday, plus Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
•Experience leading projects from planning through delivery, especially talent/HR systems or process improvement initiatives.
•Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.
