Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify team strengths/weaknesses, and coach associates on expectations and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train and ensure production associates complete repairs effectively and efficiently using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
  • •Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve team conflicts and manage employee performance.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of the reconditioning process, and understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
