Job Summary

Provide comprehensive family medicine primary care to individuals and families of all ages through both in-person visits and telehealth. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage chronic disease follow-ups, and develop personalized care plans with medication, referrals, and lifestyle guidance. Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, practice population health and value-based care, maintain accurate EHR/EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with telehealth and patient safety standards while supporting quality improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive telehealth and in-person patient consultations using thorough history and physical examinations.
•Provide preventive and chronic care, including follow-ups per clinical guidelines, and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
•Document findings and treatment plans accurately in patient records and maintain compliance with telehealth and patient safety standards.
•Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and nurses to ensure seamless patient-centered care.
•Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research/clinical audits, training, and compliance reviews while supporting patient satisfaction monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
•Residency training in Family Medicine from an accredited program.
•Board certification in Family Medicine.
•Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as a Family Medicine Consultant.
•Proven experience as a Family Medicine Consultant (preferably in a primary care setting) with familiarity with population health and value-based care.
