Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.
  • •Secure required passes and tickets, prepare guest lists under direction of the stage manager, and communicate event details to the production crew.
  • •Assist with cabling and band set changes; support audio and lighting teams as directed, including spotlight operation if required.
  • •Hang show banners, update marquees, and manage venue signage and staging items (including curtains, drapes, and risers).
  • •Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment; secure house backline and supplies and keep stage areas safe and clean.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
  • •Experience with stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems.
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • •High school diploma and strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
