Stagehand

Load in/out and set up stage, rental, and band equipment, including cabling and coordination of show needs. Assist audio and lighting crews (including spotlight operation when required), perform stage changeovers, and maintain sound, light, and stage equipment. Prepare passes, guest lists, banners, marquees, and signage, and coordinate band food trays. Keep stage areas safe, clean, and ready for the next show, supporting special events as needed.
