Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors while ensuring safe loading/unloading, vehicle inspection, and accurate documentation. Maintain a clean driving record per CMV Driver Qualification requirements, complete customer paperwork, and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Work rotating shifts in indoor and outdoor conditions, including potential exposure to extreme weather, and meet compliance needs such as obtaining a Notary and state-specific licensing within defined timelines.
