Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver AASC core service user support services within the area.
  • •Complete monthly (and further as required) property inspections in initial accommodation to meet standards, targets, and maintenance needs.
  • •Provide welfare support and signposting; respond to issues, requests, complaints, and incidents raised via AIRE services.
  • •Deliver inductions for new service users and manage incidents, discontinuations, and potential absconders in line with procedures.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance, including daily registers/post/reception duties, CCTV monitoring, daily patrols, weekly fire alarm testing, and emergency evacuations/contacts.
