Test Engineer

Develop, optimize, and qualify automated test solutions for analog power ICs at manufacturing scale. Build and debug automated test programs on industry-standard ATE platforms, design and validate test hardware such as load boards, and evaluate test coverage and correlation during new product qualification. Work with design, product, and validation engineers to translate specifications into test algorithms, analyze test data for escapes and outliers, and support transfer of test programs to manufacturing sites.
