Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy and performance for a complex provider portfolio, including adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention risk, and expansion potential.
  • •Develop and execute provider success strategies for high-priority or operationally complex primary care partnerships.
  • •Establish shared clinical, operational, and business objectives with provider and practice leaders.
  • •Advise clinical and operational leaders on integrating Counterpart Assistant into clinical decision-making and value-based care workflows.
  • •Lead adoption and clinical workflow transformation through implementation, training, workflow redesign, optimization, and performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience advising physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders.
  • •Led significant changes to clinical or operational workflows in primary/ambulatory care settings.
