Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of charters and integrated timelines, ensure functions stay on schedule, and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings, collaborate with the team on solutions, and guide implementation through completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Proven experience leading multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • •Prior experience with commercial real estate projects and demanding clients is strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
