Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome customers and understand their needs; explain products, features, prices, and promotions.
  • •Demonstrate products and encourage customers to purchase.
  • •Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while keeping the counter/display organized and attractive.
  • •Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low stock.
  • •Process or assist with customer orders and payments, handle customer questions/complaints, and keep records of sales, feedback, and stock movement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Retail is an advantage.
  • •1–2 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, or a similar customer-facing role (electronics/retail background preferred).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and explain product features.
  • •A target-driven mindset with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • •English fluency required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for engaging a diverse customer base.
