Job Summary

Lead end-to-end AI Decisioning for Braze’s Japan customers, blending sales enablement and post-sales delivery to drive AI-driven engagement. Own technical storytelling to C-levels, align data pipelines from Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery to Braze, and collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams in a fast-growing, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

•Sales responsibilities: Visionary pitching to prospective C-level executives, conducting value discovery workshops, and leading AI Academy sessions to illustrate AI Decisioning capabilities and roadmap.
•Post-sales responsibilities: act as AI Success Manager, oversee adoption and optimization, design experiments aligned to client goals, perform business reviews, troubleshoot AI/ML issues with product/engineering teams, and manage data architecture/integration from data warehouses to Braze.
•Lead the technical alignment between client data teams and Braze—ensuring clean data pipelines and smooth integration for AI modeling.
•Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to address complex AI/ML anomalies and translate technical concepts into value-driven business outcomes.
•Operate initially as an individual contributor with potential path to management as Braze’s AI Decisioning business expands in Japan and APAC.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, enterprise client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Forward-Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Data Consultant).
•Data Science proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and latest AI tools for data analysis and machine learning.
•Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their applications to consumer marketing.
•Deep understanding of the modern data stack and marketing ecosystem (CDPs, data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery, and CRM/Marketing Automation tools).
•Native/Fluent Japanese and business-level English to collaborate with local clients and global product teams.
