Key Responsibilities

•Act as overall program head to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for key issuing, acquiring, merchant, and fintech clients.
•Gather and manage project inputs, analyze data, and develop and present conclusions and recommendations.
•Drive program initiatives including payment strategy/roadmap design, portfolio and product-market fit assessment, and customer value proposition design.
•Identify client business pain-points and define project scope deliverables and revenue opportunities to sell-in engagement projects.
•Develop consulting offerings in Vietnam and build trusted advisor relationships with client senior executives, partnering across Visa functions to execute projects.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, banking, or business management.
•Senior-level consulting experience from Big 4, MBB, or boutique firms is valued.
•Strong knowledge of the payments industry landscape, consumer trends, and regulatory changes.
•Excellent client relationship management and strong sales orientation, including selling major projects to senior management.
•Robust execution experience delivering measurable business impact (e.g., cost savings, new product launch, revenue uplift).
