Job Summary

Move, sort, and transport materials within the warehouse and plant to support production priorities. Monitor inventory through cycle counts and daily MRP, investigate discrepancies, and ensure materials are available for requisitions and maintenance orders. Maintain accurate records of material movement and locations, load/stock hot boxes, label and prepare items for shipment, and operate a forklift while following safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and complete the cycle count program, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
•Maintain records for material movement, inventory, and material locations.
•Transport and move materials between departments/locations according to production priorities and availability.
•Process material requisitions, reservations, and maintenance orders and issue/return from/to stock.
•Operate a vehicle and forklift as needed to load/unload and prepare materials for shipment, while following safety and housekeeping standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook to communicate work instructions, order statuses, and assignments.
•Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals across units of measure.
•Count, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt against packing slips and purchase orders.
•Use SAP to check material availability and help ensure inventory and reorder accuracy.
