Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee store operations including inventory management and IT systems
  • •Ensure excellent customer journey and WOW customer experience in store
  • •Drive key KPIs (in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, top sales assortment, inventory plan) based on retail priorities
  • •Lead recruitment and training to build a high-performing store team and provide ongoing coaching
  • •Lead meetings and cross-functional collaboration to improve team understanding and performance

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities
  • •Proactive, proactive listening and willingness to give/receive feedback
  • •Strong organizational skills with entrepreneurial spirit and planning ability
