Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
  • •Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack and hands-on experience with frontier models for open-world agents.
  • •Proficiency in Python, with bonus points for TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust.
  • •Domain expertise in one or more areas such as context engineering/tool interfaces, post-training & reinforcement learning for multimodal models, or browser technologies (CDP, Playwright, extension development).
