Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes, oil and fuel filters, transmission flush, and mechanical inspections.
  • •Complete repairs and maintenance based on certification levels, including brakes, tires, tune-ups, suspension components, electrical systems, and engine/driveline components.
  • •Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and handle light to major repairs; troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems, generators, electrical systems, hybrids, and onboard computer systems.
  • •Maintain shop equipment, keep the shop area clean and safe, and dispose of fluids in accordance with regulations.
  • •Create and maintain vehicle history/maintenance records, coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs, and provide roadside assistance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or 3+ years of related work experience servicing vehicles).
  • •3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
  • •Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • •Maintain current ASE status and/or hold some ASE Automotive or Truck Certification (preferred).
