Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization to meet business and project requirements.
  • •Identify resource gaps, capacity constraints, and workforce risks and recommend mitigation actions (recruitment, mobility, upskilling, subcontractors, redeployment, prioritization).
