•Research, develop and design footwear ranges for ASOS DESIGN Footwear across casual and dressy categories.
•Identify key trends, shapes and first-to-market styles with commerciality in mind for a global customer base.
•Create mood and colour boards to shape and develop the footwear range, including reports from shop, social media, catwalk and street style.
•Collaborate with buying teams to respond to sales information and develop products to drive the range.
•Build relationships with suppliers and advise factories on direction, construction, materials and trims.

•Experience executing tech packs and sketches for product development for footwear
