Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter and maintain sales orders using engineering and internal supplier inputs, ensuring accuracy for downstream invoicing, shipping, pricing, and scheduling.
  • •Develop and maintain an accurate Document Control Index using customer purchase order/specifications and project/technical team input.
  • •Work with project managers and use standard documents, tailoring and revising documents to meet customer specifications and feedback.
  • •Assign and track document due dates to support the overall project schedule and prioritize documentation requirements.
  • •Independently compile, revise, and submit final technical data packages (as-builts, manuals, test results, certifications, spare parts, and sub-vendor accessory data) and load them into the company system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •4+ years relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills with accurate document work.
  • •Comfort with technical communication and collaborating with engineers and project managers.
  • •Proficiency with computer tools including Excel, Word, and Adobe (preferred: SharePoint, AutoCAD, Solid Edge 2D, Siemens Teamcenter, ERP software).
