Job Summary

Lead daily store operations in collaboration with—or in the absence of—management to drive sales, profitability, and customer service. Coach and train hourly associates on product knowledge, policies, and store procedures, support hiring documentation, and reinforce performance. Handle merchandising and product flow, maintain sales floor readiness, assist with POS transactions, and resolve customer issues to uphold adidas service standards.

Key Responsibilities

•In conjunction with, or in the absence of, management staff, guide daily store operations and hourly associates’ day-to-day activities.
•Provide positive reinforcement to associates to maintain momentum and support staff growth and optimal results.
•Conduct one-on-one and small group training on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and established policies and procedures.
•Support sales operations including POS transactions, documentation for applicants and new hires, and assisting with product ticketing and order/shipment checks.
•Direct upkeep and merchandising activities (windows, showcases, sales floor), monitor sales floor fill, and address customer complaints to restore and promote good public relations.

Key Requirements

•Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
•Preferred: 3 to 6 months of retail experience.
•Ability to guide daily store operations and activities of hourly associates to maximize sales and customer service.
•Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale system; apply policies and procedures with integrity.
•Work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, statutory holidays, and overtime during peak sales periods.
