Job Summary

Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications for major infrastructure and development projects across Ireland. Develop communications strategies, narratives, key messages, and collateral for diverse audiences, manage communications channels, and plan engagement activities including surveys and feedback analysis. Coordinate physical and virtual events with attendee safety and logistics, support client reporting and service, and contribute to business development through proposals and tender responses.

•Identify and map key stakeholders, establish engagement strategies, and plan and deliver consultation activities including surveys and feedback channel management.
•Plan and deliver physical and virtual events, ensuring attendee safety and wellbeing, coordinating logistics, and preparing tailored materials and Q&As.
•Liaise with internal and external clients, providing accurate, timely reporting and a high level of customer service.
•Build connections within AECOM to identify new opportunities and develop proposals and tender responses.

•Proactive and ambitious working style; able to work both alone and in a team and bring ideas to engagement approaches.
•Strong personal communication skills with cultural awareness, inclusion, and accessibility focus.
•A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., social science, history, politics, geography, language and literature, law, business) or equivalent relevant experience.
