Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive yield improvement efforts (rdV/UE_Row/PG/PTS yield improvement, burn dpm & module dpm improvement, DL4 enhancement and shift-left for probe coverage).
  • •Manage MRB case handling and postmortems to enhance CAPA, and handle fab deviation events and product grade yield improvements.
  • •Monitor reliability metrics via global quality dashboards, report when performance does not meet spec, and lead analysis of multiple data sources with customer feedback.
  • •Lead RMA management and root-cause investigations to improve process/probe actions.
  • •Define performance objectives for the PQA team, set up regular/ad-hoc communication channels, develop training and development plans, and advocate a quality culture.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Physics.
  • •Understanding of electrical device parameters and how they relate to the fabrication process.
  • •Understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and data mining.
  • •Understanding of electrical failure analysis and semiconductor/memory reliability mechanisms and process flow.
  • •Experience analyzing customer returns/RMAs and applying FMEA or 8D processes, including failure mode and root-cause CAPAs.
