Key Responsibilities

  • •Take line management responsibilities, developing Project Managers and team members through guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as the key day-to-day client interface to meet client objectives with value-added cost management.
  • •Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Manage master programme implementation and maintain master and short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) with effective communication.
  • •Monitor site progress and quality, ensure safety and compliance, and produce comprehensive project reports covering updates, risks, decisions, and actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects.
  • •Experience and knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced timelines simultaneously under tight corporate deadlines.
  • •Full professional language level for written and spoken Cantonese and English.
