Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver RFPs and other client questionnaires to ensure high-quality, accurate, on-time submissions under tight deadlines.
  • •Plan and manage multiple deliverables with proactive communication and stakeholder expectation management.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to articulate investment philosophy, capabilities, processes, vehicles, and competitive advantages.
  • •Partner with RFP colleagues in other regions to deliver cross-border client responses and ensure consistent messaging.
  • •Work as an individual contributor while coaching, training, and providing quality oversight to team members; take on specialist product responsibilities by asset class as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 12 years of asset management experience, with a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent.
  • •Strong experience in RFP writing and managing client questionnaires, including compliance and delivery requirements.
  • •Sound understanding of investment products, markets, and institutional client expectations.
  • •Familiarity with performance and reporting systems, third-party performance databases, and institutional reporting standards including Global Investment Performance Standards.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English with strong investment writing and confidence in stakeholder discussions and presentations.
