Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain backend and platform services powering AI and insight capabilities for Intelligent Agreement Management.
  • •Build and enhance ML lifecycle components including data ingestion/storage, feature/label pipelines, annotation tooling, training workflows, and model serving infrastructure.
  • •Develop reliable, secure, and scalable RESTful services and APIs that expose AI-powered insights to internal and customer-facing applications.
  • •Improve service reliability via observability (metrics, logging, dashboards, alerts) and participation in incident triage and root cause analysis.
  • •Collaborate with distributed ML engineers and data scientists to translate requirements into platform and product features, applying new technologies and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or platform services in a production environment.
  • •Experience owning design and implementation of services independently.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, C#, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js, with strong software design principles.
  • •Experience building and debugging services that interact with databases/data stores (SQL/NoSQL) and external APIs.
  • •Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, version control, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
