Partner with Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers to drive revenue growth for advertisers in the e-commerce vertical. Support the CALM100 account team with daily operations, data organization, and campaign performance monitoring. Conduct competitive and user-journey analyses to recommend optimizations, transform raw data into actionable reports and learnings, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign delivery and resolve client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted consultant to develop and grow relationships with advertisers.
•Support the CALM100 account team with daily operations and data organization in the Openloop Commerce vertical.
•Monitor and analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations.
•Perform competitive analysis and analyze competitor ad user journeys to map the digital marketing ecosystem.
•Transform raw data into actionable team-level reports and learnings, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data processing and pivoting).
•Ability to identify patterns in data and translate them into marketing insights.
•High Korean and English proficiency for internal and external communication (oral and written).
•Understanding of the digital advertising landscape, especially e-commerce and social media.
•Experience with SQL is a significant plus.
