Job Summary

Lead and grow a Demand Partnerships organization by owning partnership strategy and execution for Thumbtack. Build and develop a team of Business Development Representatives who source, negotiate, activate, and optimize partnerships across content, retail, HOA, property management, and more. Partner cross-functionally to evolve integrations, reporting, and go-to-market strategies, while implementing performance frameworks to measure and continuously improve partner-driven growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a Demand Partnerships team by setting clear goals and coaching for measurable impact.
•Define and execute the strategy for the Demand Partnerships program to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
•Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation through activation, optimization, and long-term success.
•Build and strengthen relationships with senior partners and launch partnerships across priority verticals to drive new user growth and incremental revenue.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve integrations, reporting, and go-to-market strategies, and implement performance frameworks to measure and improve partner success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 237,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales, including 2+ years in a people-leadership role.
•Ability to build and scale complex, high-impact partnerships that drive measurable business growth.
•Strategic and analytical mindset to turn big-picture thinking into clear, actionable plans.
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including experience developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
•Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to launch and scale initiatives.
