Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the enterprise culture transformation strategy aligned to Micron’s Vision, Mission, and Values, translating it into behaviors and measurable outcomes.
  • •Design and deploy targeted talent solutions that bring culture to life across regions, functions, and business contexts, including rapidly prototyped workshops and learning journeys.
  • •Own the people-and-culture dimensions of AI transformation, defining leadership behaviors for AI readiness and guiding leaders through awareness to adoption and advocacy.
  • •Tailor and deliver culture and talent solutions for hyper-growth sites, new country expansions, and strategic business priorities, ensuring local relevance and adoption.
  • •Define and supervise culture and behavior metrics, running assessments (surveys, analytics, focus groups) and translating insights into targeted interventions and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, Business, or related fields.
  • •12–15+ years in organizational development, culture transformation, learning, or enterprise change.
  • •Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation through influence.
  • •Experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in global, sophisticated environments.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and applying them pragmatically.
