Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship features and capabilities daily in a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment.
  • •Develop backend-heavy fullstack capabilities by building REST APIs and contributing to customer-facing React components.
  • •Review code for readability, testing patterns, documentation, reliability, security, and performance.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • •Ensure visibility and monitoring for high-performing backend services while participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years building backend applications with lean toward fullstack capabilities.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Computer Science or equivalent experience).
  • •Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, or Python.
  • •Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and supporting libraries such as React and Node.
  • •Experience building scalable, performant RESTful micro-services and fluency in at least one database technology (e.g., Postgres or DynamoDB).
