Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a team of specialists and leads, building a culture of analytical rigor, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own logistics performance design, analysis, and optimization, including rider payments, incentive strategies, and RTO processes across 16 markets.
  • •Drive continuous business planning and strategic guidance for 17 markets, partnering with regional finance and local logistics to set operational and financial targets.
  • •Develop and deploy incentive innovation, including live ad hoc incentives and the regional rollout of data science models, automated tools, and new pay components.
  • •Champion process improvement and automation by identifying bottlenecks and adopting internal automation/AI tools to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in high growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or analytics, with strong preference for gig economy/marketplace dynamics experience.
  • •Proven track record (3+ years) managing and developing teams, including experience managing other managers.
  • •University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel to review analyses and guide analytical strategy.
  • •Exceptional English communication skills for challenging stakeholders and presenting to executive leadership.
