  • •Direct manning: hire, schedule, and supervise range, engineering, and grounds personnel (including 1099 contractors).
  • •Serve as final go/no-go authority on range safety, training operations, equipment use, and site conditions.
  • •Oversee budget and financial operations and maintain admin and compliance records, including training documentation, incident reports, and equipment logs.
  • •Manage range maintenance and build-out: groundskeeping schedules, equipment logs, bulk fuel tank maintenance, shoot house and range upkeep, and heavy equipment maintenance/repairs.
