Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool-install environment.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, and quality.
  • •Lead quality event management by identifying root causes, containing/dispositioning affected material, and enabling flawless execution for OOC/OOS lots and YE down dispositions.
  • •Own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and drive process stability to improve inline performance, yields, and Cpk/%OOC rates.
  • •Identify operational improvements to maximize installed capacity and reduce cycle time, implement Smart Manufacturing/Automation (SMA) solutions, and support training/documentation for Process Engineering Technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years relevant process engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour compressed A or C shift work schedule.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills for process variations, equipment troubleshooting, and quality events.
