Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, manage, and adjust schedules for crude and related product movements via truck, pipeline, and facility systems to ensure nominations are filled, transportation is optimized, and volumes are ticketed.
  • •Interact with operations control center representatives, operators, carriers, and customers regarding nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow activity, and operational orders.
  • •Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders on analysis and development of future commercial, operational, and scheduling improvement initiatives.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with customers, carriers, terminal personnel, and internal stakeholders to support service reliability and issue resolution.
  • •Calculate, prepare, review, and analyze allocations, nominations and confirmations, flow rates/capacity issues, storage balances, customer inventory positions, tickets, and end-of-month closing information.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience collaborating and communicating effectively.
  • •Knowledge of scheduling crude oil pipelines and facilities, including product movements, inventory management, customer service, scheduling, nominations, and inventory management software.
  • •Experience analyzing and resolving scheduling issues and/or questions.
  • •Ability to read and interpret contracts, agreements, reports, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, customer notifications, and company policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to compose and prepare reports for customers, internal departments, and management.
