Key Responsibilities

  • •Fuse protective intelligence with operational logistics to design journey management plans for executive travel across EMEA.
  • •Serve as detail lead for executive movements in complex international markets, leading advance planning, route assessments, and protective coverage.
  • •Define and execute the long-term protective operations strategy across EMEA, aligning regional standards, systems, and capabilities to the global program.
  • •Conduct and oversee risk and vulnerability assessments for executive residences, facilities, and travel programs; convert findings into security improvements.
  • •Build and manage a vetted in-country vendor network, oversee vendor performance/budgets, and act as point of escalation while leading Protective Services staff supporting EMEA operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading executive protection and travel security internationally, including fast-moving or under-resourced markets.
  • •Ability to translate risk and threat intelligence into concrete logistics decisions, contingency triggers, and operational travel plans.
  • •Proven program and vendor leadership, including budget oversight, contract management, and building physical security programs.
  • •Experience leading, mentoring, or managing operational security teams and readiness to take direct people management responsibility.
  • •Demonstrated expertise conducting vulnerability assessments for residences, facilities, and events, with working knowledge of physical security technologies (surveillance, access control, monitoring).
